Dont try and go make something fancy, im sure all the people on here who know alot about scooters and are good, have thought about making bars out of ti and other types of metal but thers always a bad side to it.

They have thought of the lightest, strongest and cheapest bars, and thats whats for sale at the moment.

I can't really remember alot about Ti but theres something that its hard to leave a scratch mark on it and stuff. Its heavier than Aluminum and bends like jelly. So you don't get your light bars. Strong , go try punching jelly and see what happens. Lol i'm evil to Ti. Its just strong dpeneding on where you use it.On certain places its awesome and on certain places its jelly

TITANIUM BENDS. If you want bars that bend, go ahead.
naw theres a way you can make it not bend. Eastern Bike Co. came out with a bike made of titanium and it weighed two pounds and pros were using it so there is a way it can work

Me, Twan and KC too... BUFF bars are probably the heaviest out there right now (although I haven't actually weighed them against RAD V2) but they are also probably some of the strongest so everyone needs to stop crying about weight and man up.

If you extended your fork then you would have no worries in the bending/ snapping fork problems really, so just do that it takes like 30 minutes and its easy haha

no its designed for park use only and theres much lighter frames out there for cheaper made for racing

and Ti is real hard/expensive to weld cause its gotta be done in a special inert gas inviorment where just normal welding gases sprayed over and flux wont suffice

4130 doesnt have anything to do with chrome, the 3 in 4130 is the the carbon content like .3 or .03% (cant remember which) same with 4140, its .4 or .04%. the more carbon the harder the steel thats what makes it stronger but more britle too so temper treating is used to make the metal softer so it would bend instead of snap.
