on my second experience, might have to say not legit again, chose parcel shipping and their website autocharged me for priority again, not to mention I put my order in on saturday and it's been 2 days and not even shipped, which means they are either just that slow, or the owner is just that childish enough to spite me with not handling my order until he feels like it lol

Proto can take up to a MONTH to ship things.

Dude you ordered Saturday. Stuff doesn't ship on weekends. I ordered a week from Saturday and I'm not complaining.

no shit? it's been two weekdays, any other professional company ships in one business day/the business day of ordering, and to many people saturday itself is a business day

OK i complained that i didnt get my ultra pro for about 3 and half to 4 weeks so i called the guy about it and he said "oh i remeber that order i just sent it out this morning" so 2 days after i called him i got my scooter.. which was today!!

So now i say legit but SLOW on shipping.

Stop being a hard ass its not like they didnt ship it for a month. 2 fucking days and it didnt ship. Could be weekends, could be that he didnt update the shipping yet, could be that your item hasnt been picked up by the shipping company. Wait a week and I promise it will have shipped. All you people don't realize that 20 years ago you couldn't have even ordered shit off the internet. It didn't even exist.
All my experiences with them are legit, even let me do multiple payments for things.

it's amusing they even have 1 day air and 2 day priority shipping options when it takes a whole week for them to even put the item in a cardboard box and tape it, I suppose in a kids world I might seem like I'm being a hardass or unreasonable, but the point of this thread is to gain a collective knowledge on sz as a business, and while I hear their products are very legit, their processing and handling is not legit

some times they have to adjust the shit you buy so calm down. ordered my lucky bars last sunday and they just shipped monday. be patient. and yes there legit. there 3 piece bars are super sick.

I suppose there would be a lot of complications that could arise with putting two wheels into a box, for instance:

smoke break
cat nap
poop break
ham sandwich
afternoon delight(fair excuse in my book though)
