Sever Malfunction? Isnt V Bulletin a bit unreliable at times?
Edit: I just did some research on it, It's not too hard to mess with the vB system... So I'm thinking skaters possibly? If they could gather what little brain cells they have, it wouldnt be too hard for them.

Wouldnt be suprised if it was them. Its literally as simple as copying and pasting a few things, just change the settings on the certain server.
