he wasnt legit for me.
i sent him the payment for a wheel...
then he said he sent it out.. never got it.
i asked him bout it ans he said he never shipped it.
then he said he shippped it out. 2 weeks later i asked him about it and he said he got my adress wrong.
THEN he said he shipped it out wit ups this time. ... it took a while. i never got it. i asked him where it was and he said that no one was home to sign it, so i didnt recieve it, and it could be shipped back.

this was when i could tell he was lying because when you have to sign for something, they try to drop it off 3 times. if no one signs for it, it goes back to the nearest warehouse to be picked up.
and he claimed that it came here, and then went back to him in a week

he is completely not legitamate
...
i mean if he wants to be... he is (like in ur case)... but otherwise hes not legit at all
