most set ups i see are $150-$300, sometimes more.

Damn it, I think I'm better off sticking to my plain beast. A bit of spray and a bolt through the folding mech will do the job I hope. Since when did this boom of expensive parts come in? Are these custom pieces worth it?

approx $488
Definately approximate. hahaha.
Mines about 250-300 now? gonna be wayyy more after christmas though, tehe.
And i learned on a full stock pro model for the longest time, then after i got older and started to get money i upgraded shit. It only started with what i broke, like i moved to good plastic cores, then one piece bars, then i was spoiled enough to get an Inward fork for the birthday, and now its gonna be all mostly new shit for christmas.

my setup 375 and im not that good but im not bad at all. A better scoot will help u get better , u may not agree but it is true. but when they get a nice scoot and hardly uyse it! thats annoying

Yessir, this is the way to do it kiddies. Listen and learn.
Also, i hate when people buy ALL NEW stuff. like, its okay, but i love seeing parts that have a story. Like if a pair of bars went through like 5 people, dissapear for a year, and then show up randomly one day. I love hearing about that hahaha

i'm not that great at scooters, but you guys shouldnt diss kids who get nice setups. like me, my friend was selling a chris king for 20, bought it. an eagle for 20, bearings here and there, still rockin my pro deck from a year ago, home-made reinforcements, inward bars and forks. its not like i buy everything new i wait for legit deals and make my move. theres nothing wrong with taking pride in your scooter.
