do i need to cut my forks to use it ?

well i know with a proto fork you gotta cut your fork a half inch and bars inch an ahlf with no slit. but idk about other forks lengths. im sure your gonna have to cut your fork but what fork is it?

yes, you will have to cut your forks a half an inch, some come short though, so just wait for it to get here and see if the top of the forktube goes past the notch

striker. if i cut it can it still work with hic ? oh yeah also if i use a spacer does it raise the bars if it was like only 18without scs

A spacer would raise your bars,

And, yes, it will work with HIC, just use a shorther Shim if neccesary. Just cut a half inch off your fork tube.

Don't cut the fork. Use a 1/2 spacer and it will be fine.

Your question doesnt have enough detail. The fact of the matter with this question with anyone is that when your scs is put over your fork and compresses your headset, the forks cannot go above the bottom part of the scs. If that means putting on a spacer or cutting it down you have to look. It is completely dependant on your fork/deck/headset combination.
