It already has a name. If your doing a scooterflip bartwist, that is the name because those tricks have names. Scooter fakies, b-holds, barrett rides all have their own names becuase they were completely original with not reallly a connection to any other trick.

back when i did 360 bris a lot i would do them with back donos and terry does them a lot and ive seen about 3 in random videos
and pretty much dont bother trying to invent any scooterflips cuz john radtke has done them all with a latewhip lol
