Back Pains

So yeah, recently i have had this real bad pain in my back, its agony, i cant ride , i cant do any sport and i dont ride my bars low so i dont have a clue what fucking did this. Iv been off riding for a week and a bit now and its depressin because im the sort of person who can sit down and do nothing and be hapy, i always have to ride or do something. This fails.

I've had it before..
when i rode my bars upto my knees.

But i put them to 18" high and my backs good.

Na man, dont know whats done it, but it's still sore. i went out the other day and all i cood do without hurting was long sliders. Its starting to get a bit befer. But to sore to do any tricks

I've had loads of back problems. i just make sure i lay down after i ride and stuff... if you're bending over like a madman then change that. And make sure you haven't pulled any muscles.

story of my life las snowboard season i over flipped a rodeo 7 on a booter it was only like a a 20 footer maybe bigger land on knuckle on my back and every since then ive had bad back problems to if i land wrong and not like compress my knees for impact ill be out for like 3 days

i have had some recently but I dont think that its from scooting. I think that its from my bed. If you have a bad bed then that could be the problem. My bed like sinks in, to the frame, so i have to get a new bed. so that might be the problem too.

Went to the doctors and he said
iv probobaly sprained a muscle in my back
and it should be away within 2-4 weeks

at first , my back really hurt , for like 4 weeks solid, but now im used to it, strange...........
but i ride where ma t-bar is like 4 cm from steering tube
i dont now the exact mm

If I ride all day my back definitely starts to hurt. Hunching over for hours at a time definitely has its bad sides.
