i dont think a slowmo vid would help you all that much buddy, everyone does them differently. what me and my friend do is when were at the top of a quarter or on a curb or whatever just flick the bars round a few times,pick the best method for you then do it it like 10 times to get your hands comfortable with the motion (its a subconscious thing, real science n shit). that will get the tricky bit out of the way, then you just need to master keeping the deck against your feet and whatnot.
