bars broke

ok so my bars broke so i have no slits anymore i have a scooter zone double clamp with a shim in it. I have a pro model fork will work if i tightened the clamp really tight or do I just have to get more bars?

Before you just slit the bar, measure the right length (for pro fork probably 1.5"). Drill a hole where you want the slit to end (1.5") and then cut the slit to the hole.
