Don't bother with 1 piece. There not necessary.

Just buy some 22mm pipe and cut to size, bolt the pipe to you T-tube, then bolt your T-tube to your stem! Just as good and should cost u $5 (just for pipe and some candy) max!

LOL skater hq bars are not very good bra. I live in the derro's of Cairns and i when to my local steels distributor took my fork along and my clamp and fitted the steel so it goes slightly over the fork but would fit through the clamps if it had side slits. Then i found someone who could weld them to a cross bar the same size as stock bars in diameter and hey presto bars.
