Bars moving forward&back

Its not a bolted foldy, im using ics, but my bars are shaking back and forth and everything is tight, whats going on? Is it the forks?

It's your headset, you need to tighten your compression bolt more and if that isn't working then loosen it, beat the starnut farther into your bars and then retighten the compression bolt. Then make sure the clamp is all the way pushed down onto the top of your headset and tightened.

It's still not tightening, and now when I spin my bars , it makes a high pitched squeaking noise and its really f*ckin loud.

its because your just fucking threading the ics into your starnut and the end of the bolt is not pressuring against anything so its not tight. if you using a district fork you NEED to use a district compression. or you can hammer the starnut waaaaaaaaay into your bars.

I'm not using district forks. Im using Lucky LSv3s and I already pushed my starnut down.
