Barspin help

Sup guys, so I haven't rode scooters for very long, started this summer at the lake after I messed up my ear wakeboarding haha. But anyways, so I went and bought this Razer pro scooter or whatever and I need a question answered.

So when I try and barspin, it seems that the bars are too long(If that makes sense) and they will catch on my shirt, sweatshirt or whatever all the time.. Is this really because the bars are too long, or do I just need to practice more?

u need to practise more i think
right now im rideing 24 wide bars (just a quick home made job, taking them in to 20 in this weekend though) and im just 12 years old and i kan do them just fine so i think you need to practise
the best way is to find a curb and sit your scooter deck on it and practise the rotation :)
hope i helped :)

Being 12 has nothing to do with anything.
But yea it's all practice just jump high lean back and throw the bars.

Yea, don't lean too back far or you will miss the bars and fall on your ass. Not good. Just stick your ass far enough out and kinda lean over the bars with your upper body. (Sorry for the bad english.)

personally i find doing them on a curb feel really wierd and unnatural. Just parctice them by holding your scoot by your side, pulling the bars up, tossing the barspin, and catching it. It takes a little while to get, but it makes barspins soo easy.
Also, pretty much every time i walk by my scooter in my basment, i just spend like 20 seconds throwing barspins.
practice makes perfect
