Basics to street?

Yo guys, I don't think this is thread surprisingly.

I know you gotta be creative and all that ----- but riding street to me, is getting repetitive due to doing the same tricks over different things.

Do you guys have any tips on getting creative with street?

Probably a stupid thread, eh.

In general, be creative, if there's something there that you can't do at other places, try it. Firecrackers, wallrides, rails, rail hops, 540, 720.... if its like a 4 flat 4 or something (anything with a flat in the middle) try maybe 180ing the first set and halfcab____ing it. or firecracker the first one, do something on the second one.... idk haha

I LOOOOOOOOOOOVVVVEEE going on spot hunts, especially when you find something

Street riding in my books is making use of whatever you find.

Just look at the spot in a different way than most people. a lot of people will just see the stair set or rail, but you may see like a piece of plywood on the side of the road and you make it a step up or a down ramp. Make it your own style and try to have fun with it.

I find street really amusing and fun cause you know that most people would never think to do that and you just did that. It's also great for publicity of the sport as long as you aren't douches. Getting applause after stomping that trick in a downtown area is AMAZING

but at the question, yeah my street scene sucks so im always making street spots. me and my friend go around with some playwood and my kicker and we trun some previous unusable stair sets or ledges into some legit spots. So basically like what everyone is saying, get creative

start a street scene, get some skateboarders and see if they're chill to ride.
A firecracker is where yoy manual down a stair set so it goes CLACK CLACK CLACK like a firecracker.

Try to find a handful of tricks you like to do at street spots and go to all different areas and throw down. With me, I don't care if it's a 1 foot high curb or a 8 set, I like to just huck 180 bars all the time (person trick of preference). & don't go to a street spot and do something that you seen multiple people do already, try to mix it up and make it different!

also, if you find you do nothing but hit sets and throw tricks, learn some balance stuff like manuals and nose manuals or grinds and start doing more of those.

really, a good street video is about a good variety of tricks on a variety of obstacles.

Don't think about being creative really, just look at stuff from a different perspective. Just try to have as much fun as possible, and your style will work around that. When you're not having fun, it looks bad.

just try to learn new tricks, then go spot hunting and find a new spot that you could throw that new trick on

It's really best when your doing simple stuff.

think about kassons boxes promo.
rail hop, then board dub out.

gap fs feeb whip.

feeb hop feeb bar out.

bs feeb manny bar out then fs feeb dub out.

Nothing particularly dangerous or spectacularly hard, its all about the way you do it.

just do ----- be hesh, and dont give a FfFfffFUCCKKKKKK about what people think about you, just have fun, and film it with outdated mini DV cameras

Ya dude, watching skateboarding actually shows you how you should do shit since we have pretty much the same thing as them.
Remember to be legit too, don't just jump down that 5 stair, rail hop dat.
