I tried to bend up my tsi flexy but it doesn't work andi have the one for 100 mm. I even tried heating it and leaving in a sharpie overnight.

I had a 100mm TSI flexy and bent it to fit 110's, it was surprisingly difficult for me. At first I tried bending it normally but it just wouldn't work, so I grabbed a propane torch to heat it up and get it really hot and then put it against the corner of a piece of wood and bent it. It took aloooooooot of force just to bend it a tiny bit, and a few times of reheating and then trying to bend it more until I had the desired size.

TSI brakes are made out of spring steel. That's why they're so hard to bend, because the material is made to be extremely resilient and not bend/deform over time.

just put the brake on the deck, and use something for leverage to bend it. ive never had a problem bending a flexfender, you just gotta do it the right way.
