my friend had the same problemo with proto bars. its your fork, the bars should be fine. he had the same exact fork. we tried to fix his headset but we couldnt get the lock nuts off because the top of the fork was too bent. idunno it looks to me like its your fork because your bars look nice n straight.

Nothing is indestructible. Even quality parts break. Skateboarders break their boards all the time, how many times do you see them asking for a refund? Bikers break wheels, do they go out and look for a refund? I race motocross and exploded my rear wheel while landing off a jump. Wheels are $500 a pop, all just part of the game. Parts break, doesn't mean you get new free ones when they do.
