Best Abecs and wheels?

I did search but i couldn't find awnsers to my questions.

What are the best abecs you can get? I have found 7's but no higher also will skateboard bearings fit scooter wheels?

What are the best wheels you can get? I ride a Micro Bug ms180. Links to websites would help!

i have abec 9's, but cheap ass ones...
for bearings...go for something strong.
yes, skateboard bearings are used for scooter bearings.

i think your urethane helps alot more than bearings most of the time. I ridden abec 5s for as long as i can remember and they are just as fast as any abec 9 if you put gas in them, rinse and then put 3 in 1 back in.. they are smoother too.
Good wheels to have are really old hard b model 5 spokes, drives, metalcores, stock 14 spokes, and yaks if in front.
