Best deck for street grinds

So i like to do alot of grinds like on curbs and drain tops and the concrete just wears down the deck especially the dropouts, so which deck is strongest for this

Our Spider deck has fat rear drop outs. Some of our riders ride street alot and do rails ledges etc. and there decks are holding up great. Check out the picture, sorry for the massive size of the picture though. If your interested get yours at ridezg.com

^ for once, ZG's aggressive self-promotion might lead you in the right direction lol. Any CNC'd deck would be good for street grinds like that, because there is no flat bottom to wear through, as the decks are designed to be strong without them. ZG or VertX I'd say.

Don't want to try call you out, but having the open holes creates more opportunity for rough ledges to catch on the bottom of the deck.
Flat bottomed decks have a further dispersed grinding surface, and will therefore always be on a grindable part of the ledge / rail, cancelling out the rough parts.

For sure. He just asked what would hold up the best though. But to be fair, deck will catch if it's that rough regardless of the bottom unless it has rounded edges like a Phoenix or a TSI Flight deck.

district, has a big balance point cause the deck is flat and somewhat wide, great for 5050s too

I don't know, but at least I know how to spell are. want me to post pictures? my dropout is about to fall off. Matt McKeen is on district, he can have a new deck every month, mine lasted about 3. its good for grinds as in feel but in quality the aluminum is like paper. Learn to spell and get your facts straight. a deck with thin dropouts = wears down fast if you like grinding

edit: haters gonna hate, but the best deck for quality grinds...ambush. I had one for 5 months and I sold it to a kid, he's had it for about 9. the dropouts are fine. ROB PLEASE DON'T BAN ME

All of you need to learn how the hell to read. He didn't ask you what deck felt the best for grinds, he asked you which deck would be the STRONGEST. District in anything is obviously out of the picture there. Read, damn it.

My opinion still stands that VertX and ZG decks would be the longest lasting for street grinds because of the lack of a flat bottom. Once you grind through the bottom plate on a normal deck it's done. That is completely eliminated with CNCd decks like VertX or ZG.
