Best Headset Lube

I know there are some threads about this but I want to hear more opinions on the best way to lube your headset. I have a sealed headset and i have no idea how to take it apart so I'm pretty stuck right now. If there is some way to lube a headset without taking apart my headset that would be amazingly awesome.

If it's just a new sealed headset, then you'll have to wear it in, then it will spin better.

Btw, I use no lubes.

Cody Chridchiel (sorry lol ) said he used trumpet oil. I have heard alot about it. They say its really good for bearings and stuff.

I use crap grease if i'm using grease but if I don't use grease , I use Finish Line syntactic lubricant. Its like for bike chains but then as long as it is oil/ lubricant , its fine.

Usually , I like to put grease and a few drops of oil so that my ball retainer don't get rusty. My balls are ceramic so they don't rust.
