Best plastic wheels for street?

I was wondering what the strongest plastic wheels were.. Not for me, for my beginner friend..
Are there any wheels out there that will last the abuse of street riding?

ECX Wheels are only $20 each. That's not much more than many plastic cores. If he's short on cash, he could get those. If he WANTS plastics, he's limited to pretty much just Yak.

hyperformance wheels are good but i'd look hard to find a strong looking core.

Metalcores come pretty cheap nowadays, the generic ones on Ebay are alright.

are you an idiot? those wheels are expensive as hell, and they're not plastic.
the best plastic wheels i've ever had are go2's, lasted a little shorter then a month, just dehubbed both of them a few days ago. ive heard that they are pretty rare though

The strongest plastic cores apparently are the Yak USAs. They have the same cores as the plastic cored Demon wheels, it's like a solid plastic core almost.

My ultra pro wheels are smooth and nice, I only rid them once but people that ride them say they last. If you want to buy them off me cheap I'll happily sell them haha

ultra pro wheels lasted me about 3 weeks. they would have been good if they didnt flatspot the 1st day i had them
