Nike Sb... best soles for if you get heel bruises. they got a nice pad in the sole directly under your heel and the have soft impact absorbing material towards the toe area. plus if u get dunks they are by far the most soft cushy comfortable skate shoe ive ever rode in... thats why all i rock is Sb's...

oh yerr nikies lad. jks. ive worn osiris high tops, etnies, fallen, and atm two paris of lakais both of em have really thick soles. i remember the fallen ones lasting for ages, osiris ones are still good.
