spray the insides with spray paint and slide them on and give it hour to dry. spray paint acts like glue and you will never get throttle grip.

use zip-tie.

Hairspray, Slides on easily, then drys and never gives throttle grip, and only leaves a weak residue and will easily come off with a bit of water.
