Best way to remove adhesive?

What's the best way to remove headtube sticker/griptape adhesive off a deck? Its all sticky and nasty and brown with dirt and grit. I've tried just Goo-Gone and Simple Green and soap and stuff already, and it doesn't work.

if its griptape goo just scrape it off with a razor, if its sticker goo get a rag, put some rubbing alcohol on it, and rub the sticky stuff til its gone

The eraser from a pencil. Erase all of it then get the rest with rubbing alchohol im serious haha

What about like WD-40 and a heat gun? One of my friends said that works, but I'm skeptical.

if you want a fire then yea. But seriously get a pencil, erase all the sticky stuff wipe off and bam.

or you could just use ADHESIVE REMOVER to remove your unwanted adhesive.

I'm a cheap fuck and want a solution now, not something I have to go out tomorrow and buy.

EDIT: The eraser works good on fresh adhesive, but old, crusty adhesive proves a little more formidable.

...really any goo gone type stuff with a brillo pad

if your stuff is painted, then you probably dont want to use these, unless its powdercoat.

3M Brake Cleaner and paper towel. Trust me, I own a graphics business, dealing with sticky stuff is a daily job.
