Hello people, I know the catergory was 'Everything But Scooters' but since this is a game I've been developing over the last couple of months I thought I would post here.
Introduction To The Game
Scooter Rider Pro (SRP) is a game which has been developed over a time of two months using the programming language 'Java' and the scripting language 'Python'.
SRP is going to be the first ever game dedicated to Scootering, this game should hopefully show alot of people that the sport is gaining alot of recognition now.
The game has 3 places where you can choose to ride in, there are two skateparks and one street spot. If anyone has played the game BMX Park then it's kind of the scooter version of that, just much better
The game still has a long way to go before its going to be out of the beta stages, but I am releasing the game here so people can find me some bugs and glitches which need to be fixed.
Setting It Up
At the end of the thread I will put the link to download the game's setup, to setup you just double click the executable file and then wait for it to start loading the cache, you will then be asked what operating system you are running on (e.g Windows 7, Windows XP) so the game can configure itself to run at it's best performance on your system.
Once it has finished configuring itself a screen will pop up asking you to type in a username so that your score can be sent to the global hi-scores, then you simply choose your character and scooter and start riding.
Bugs/Glitches
If you ever encounter any problems whether it is the game not setting up properly, the hi-score system not working ect, please contact me via the PM system on this forum. Doing so will mean I will be able to update the game fixing the bugs or glitches as quickly as possible so players are not disappointed.
