Better Quality Youtube!?

Stumbled across this little trick on another forum.
Paste this onto the end of your youtube URL - &fmt=18
For example -

It may take a bit longer to get your video up, and it loads a tad slower, not by much though.
But this is worth it.

fmt means format I would believe so maybe it is a more clearer format and the usal one is the fastest at loading

Yeah.
Like for example.

http:// youtube.com/watch?v=yIzL9qN5mR4&fmt=18

The second will be better.

And, i didn't figure this out, someone on another forum i use, did.
And i agree with most of you, Vimeo is so much better, i haven't used youtube in ages, but this is nice for those people who just use youtube to upload their videos.

now on youtube there's a link underneath the video that says watch in high quality (or if you're already in the high quality version the link will say watch in low quality for faster playback)
