I'd go against building a conversion (this goes for Ian and Ben). Road frames are typically not very good to use as a fixed gear as far as geometry and rear spacing goes. It's a Brooks saddle, I don't know the model though. They're supposed to be the most comfortable saddle ever once broken in (which takes a while) and they're also pretty pricy.
