yes, the whole thing was incredibly stupid though. the officer should have realized that they weren't brass knuckles, and the kid should have shown were the pegs go on. and i lol'd everytime they said pegs were "metallic bicycle footrest." and then this was just great "The officer also testified that gang members sometimes hold footrests in their fists to increase the impact of punching."
