Black circle around vid.

I see it in alot of vids. its like a circle lense around the edge of the video. Is this do-able in windows movie maker? If not what programs do that? Are they free?

no. its called a fisheye. you put it on your camera

Vignetting. You can just get it from having a fisheye on your camera. And why would you want it dude? It kinda sucks.

hahaha . that circle can only be acheived with a fish eye lens or even a wide angle lens as well i think either way its typically a bad thing to have that ring. the idea is to get the fish eye affect with little or no vig at all.
