bleaching wheels?

yea ive got two black metal core demons and i was wondering if i could bleach them so i could dye them purple?

if the core is black or any anodized color say bye bye to the color and if there is a laser etch it will stay there but will be really hard to see and it wont discolor the urethane at all

my friend has and it didnt do anything to the urethane except the anodized on the core came off but it actually looked pretty cool

doesnt bleach weaken stuff? i know if you bleach clothes it kinda destroys the threads. idk if i would try it on metal cores the first time.maybe dye a pro mod wheel and then bleach it?
