Blunt Abec 9 bearings?

I was wondering if anyone has the new blunt abec 9 bearings? are they fast? easy to break in and how long does it take and would you recommend them?
also scale 1-10 how fast it is.

I would imagine they are decently fast and easy/quick to break in if they are abec 9. I'm gonna get some when I pop my front one bad
