blunt compression system

Ok for the last couple of weeks my blunt compression has been messing up, after re-tightening the bolt about a dozen times it became stripped. this is for anyone who's had the same problem.

Anyway, the problem ended up being the anchor that the bolt goes into had come loose and had moved out of place. The anchor had come lose in my old bars aswell so it was a continuous problem.
Another problem was the bolt that went through the forks and into the anchor was made of aluminium and was very easy to strip.

To fix this you can easily replace the anchor with a starnut and buy an ICS bolt, all you need to do to install this is to cut 2cm off the fork (the forktube is abit longer than most) so that the bolt can get to the starnut. Basicly all you do is cut down the fork and install an inverted compression system. If you don't want to cut the fork you can wait for blunt to release steel bolts instead of aluminium and then get a starnut, they should be released by mid February.

Hope this helps anyone that was having the same problems as me :)

My two mates that have it have continuous problems with it becoming loose.
And one of them stripped it, so yeah it's ass haha.

if you got the moeny try the starnut and let me know if it works for you as well.
it was a really bad idea to make the forks out of aluminium, i know they wanted a brand new kind of compression but they still could've made something which was more simple.
