Blunt Hate

Whats with all the Blunt hate ? Blunt worldwide has received less then 2% defects I.E. broken decks. In the US we have replaced 3 broken decks out of thousands.

EVERY scooter breaks, I have seen broken Phoenix decks, Lucky, TSI, Mad Gear etc.

So whats with all the Blunt hate on the forum? In the broken scooter thread there are multiple pic's of broken phoenix decks and no one says anything, there one pic of a Blunt broken on fly out's and people are posting "Blunt needs to just go away?"

The really dumb part about it is Blunt stands behind there product and replaces defects, so if all these people are breaking them, and DSA or Blunt AUS isn't seeing it they are loosing out on a replacement.

I think a lot of people follow the crowd a bit. I have never rode a Blunt. I have touched one and seen one, but never rode one, therefore I stay neutral and don't comment on them.

I remember when Blunt first came out and their stripper bars were welded incorrectly (I.E one side would be welded forward a little, or just incorrectly in general). First impression I got was "Wow, this company isn't great" and that has stuck with me.

I'm personally not a fan of any of their parts. That's just me though, people shouldn't base their opinions off of what I do and don't like.

The ass of spades deck's braking system also seems funky to me.

Good parts I guess but the have pretty ugly parts with silly names and colours that more fits in a lollipop world then on a scooter.

I've seen bars with different offsets.
Maybe you've only replaced a few decks, but EVERYONE I know who has had one had to bolt on a flexfender or cut down the brake. it's so thick you can't fit 110mm wheels. Plus, the issue with headset cups falling out bothers me.

Headset cup issue might just be yours dude, I've never heard of anyone else having that problem.

Personally I've never had a problem with the deck, holds up great for me.

ive never ridden an aos but i just got some stripper bars. i personally think they look pretty sick. and the website says you have a six month warranty on welds. they might of sucked when they first came out but im sure they learned from their mistakes. everyone deserves a second chance rob <3

wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more then three blunt decks have broken, just because three have been replaced by you doesnt mean other people havent broken them.

The deck looks sick but I haven't heard any thing good about it yet, other than it rides really well. I for one would take a stronger deck over a deck that rode better (to an extent). But I've ridden one and it felt nice. They look good too.
