BLunt Headset compression cap???

My Hic viper bars do not fit over the blunt compression cap?? I dont get it i have the starnut in the forks and everything and it still does not fit over the cap :/ HELP!!!

use a mallet and hammer the top

freestyle depot, dont get a new one though, get a used one off here its way cheaper and doesent make a difference
