So yeah, I know a lot of people who BMX and scoot, and sometimes when they all ride their bikes I feel kinda left out. Can you guys help me pick out my first BMX bike? I don't really know how to build em so a complete I guess. Under $600 would be nice :p

Wow, there is so much for less than $600 that is good. Go to your local and just get a feel for some bikes, and also play around on your friends stuff. Get an idea of what the length and everything you like. If you order anything you really want to know what size you prefer, or else it will be horrible. I went to my local, found a semi-nice bike to start, and then started to change certain parts of it. So far I've spent a total of about $250 on it and I'm the happiest I've ever been with a bike. So really, just get a cheaper bike from your local with good geometry for you and start changing what you don't like on it. I'm sure you could have a really nice bike with parts you completely like on it without spending over $500, whereas if you got a complete for $600 you would realize that the gearing is wrong or the pedals have no grip and have to spend more than you planned on.

Wow, I thought I was making my posts short, but look, I failed.

Yeah that's probably what I should do. There's this one Haro at the bike shop like 15 mins from me, I really like the feel of it

Alright.
I only make like $200 a month and I really wanted to not -completely- suck before I got to high school
(in other words, I wanted to ride this summer)
And the haro's only $350, so yeah

"Fits have the best completes" Says the Kenny.

Lol, how annoying would it be to type like that all the time
"I agree with Kenny completely, it would be annoying," says the AJ.

Some of the Subrosa completes look nice and leave you with some cash for goodies.
ohhh man I rode some kids subrosa at the park last weekend when he was trying out my scooter and it felt really nice compared to some other bmxes I've tried. If I ever get the cash to start bmxing that's what I'ma get probably.
