Bolt through wheel/bearing problem

On my old A deck, the bolt through the back wheel (back wheel only) kinda like cuts the metal on both sides of it. (the part outside of the wheel, the circular part where the allen wrench goes in.) and it makes my bolt loosen up so I always have to retighten it, it's really weird. does this happen to anyone else?

I know this is very confusing but I did the best I could to describe it, lol.

use lock tight and washers
or just get a 2" bolt thats the same size as the biggest foldy bolt
same thing happened to me and i fixed it this way

same thing happens to me on my front too
but i fixed it by tightening it really hard just enough for it to still be able to move
and it doesn't loosen up as much, on the other hand, if some other jackass rides my scooter who doesn't know anything about scooters or the sport itself.
and if they are really retarded they will still try to ride it with the wheel practically off
haha
i hate people who ride my scooter and don't know what they are riding

It happens to me on every scooter i have, i dont know why. Like parker said just chuck some locktight on the threads, tighten it up and leave it overnight to cure. should be fine
