Brake Trouble

I have looked for this but i couldn't find it. When the brake rubs on the wheel when i brake it makes this high pitched noise that really pisses me off.

yeah that happened to me
but i think my brakes balls dropped and it stopped making that noise
it might help if you sand down then inside of the brake a bit
changes the friction
problem solved

this happened to me and i took my brake off and cleaned it and it worked fine
