Brocken/cracked ribs

once i tryed 360 off a roof..and everything went wrong and i feel backwards hard into the ground brake 3 of my ribs......
and my mate has also cracked his ribs on a quarter pipe...

trying to 360 off of your roof? kinda crazy idea but awesome if u pulled it off....that sucks that you broke 3 ribs though
