broken and stripped compression bolt

I was trying to put new bars on last night but the compression bolt or the star nut was stripped, i broke the head off so the bars are off the scooter now but the compression bolt is just spinning now, and I have ics

You're going to need to torque and pry the bolt. I don't have ICS, or ever rode ICS, but I would imagine you need to pry on the bolt at the bottom of your forks while hammering your bolt (Because your bars are off) then keep prying and hammering. Again I'm trying my best, I don't know a whole lot about ICS.

If the bolt is stuck in the broken starnut, you're just gonna have to pull the bitch till you break the starnut or ICS bolt completely to get the bars off.

i would just hammer the starnut out and then put in a new one. same shit happened on my SCS in my fork. it was a big bitch. god bless you dude.

Push the bolt out with a hammer and a thin screwdriver. Then get a new bolt 1 sixe larger and use a threading die to create new threads for it. Then you can still use your clamp. And to get the starnut out just get a flthead screwdriver and pry the flanges, and get a new starnut
