when i broke my foot at some trails on my bike 2 or 3 years ago, i hit a tabletop i never did before and i over shot the whole landing by like 7 feet and hit flat bottem big time . it was about a 5-6 high foot jump and it shot u strait up too, lol. anyway i broke my foot on inpact and got a cast and boot, but took it off the next day(i was stupid back then) and luckilly it heeled right. i hate casts, they bug my so freaking much.......my freind just got a hot pink cast caz he broke it playing backyard football the other day,haha...
