Broken cheek- metal plate into my face

well, I fell down a 4ft quarter pipe at EKPark and landed on my face and got knoked out. went to a hospital and puked up blood alot, then got transfered to another hospital and stayed over night. then two weeks later I found out it was broken and got an operation to put a titanium (metal) plate into my face and couldnt scoot for 2 months
