He shipped me a 50 dollar bill for my forks. The bill seems like a counterfeit. The left side of the bill is cut diagonally. There is no security strip, and where there should be a watermark (right side of the bill) there isn't one. Anyone deal with him before?

Take the bill to a bank or restaurant and ask them to use their marker to see if it's real.
He seems legit. He offered to give me a deck since I got scammed by his buddy.

My aunt works at a bank and just said it doesn't look right and it feels way to smooth to be a legit 50 dollar bill.
