You can ice pick without usuing a peg..just use that bit of the rear back fork in front of the back wheel. I call that a icepick. Aslong as your front wheel doesnt touch the ground its ok.

on a bike u can do it without pegs, but in my opininion if u do it without pegs on a scooter its a 5-0 because its the deck, not pegs.

its the dropouts. the things that hold the rear wheel.
