buff bars replacement crossbar

whats the id and od for an aluminum replacement crossbar that fits regular bar ends(Animal, ODI, Mosh, etc.)?
im ordering online, so if you have a site where i can buy it, please post the link.

Idk what the exact measurements of the bar ends are but if its going to be aluminum then its going to need to be pretty thick walled for strength and idk if the bar ends will fit.

Just go with some .065 wall chromoly. That way your sure the bar ends will fit and it will have strength. It wont be any heavier anyways. Its just the crossbar.

Oh and the cross bars OD should always be 7/8" no matter what material.

just get what cory said, if you get a thin cross bar then the bars will bend, if you get a thick aluminum cross bar, it would just be bout the same weight of a chromoly cross bar, but the chromoly will be stonger and would fit bar ends

i dont get it is the inside circumference smaller because of the thickness of the crossbar or something?
