TSI bars are classified as two piece as the stem is welded directly to the steertube. If you counted the cap that goes over the bars as a "piece" of the bar setup, that would make lucky/buff/all the other bars "four piece bars"

Does anyone know the inner and outer diameter of the oversized alu steertube for buffs? And what the dimensions are for the crossbar as well? I used to have an old pair of buffs and I might wanna rock them again

Crossbar is 7/8ths OD
I forget the ID

Downtube for alu is 1.125 ID, 1.375 OD

Downtube for chromoly HIC is 1.25 ID, 1.375 OD
