It doesn't have the crossbar. Its 18 high from the top of the stem to the bottom of teh crossbar. They are in good condition, and just have a very small amount of green dots by the top of the column that is unnoticable from when I spraypainted it and then took the paint off(can be removed but too lazy too). It also has a Halo decal (videogame) If the buyer doesn't want it, I can remove it. If anyone wants I can get a crossbar for it. I Will cut it down to whatever they want and sell them for 75 shipped.

idk if i can get money yet though. i know ill have 40 on saturday. ill see tomorrow if i can get 30 from my dad and pay him back. i can find 5 under my bed. would be 75 shipped or plus shipping with a crossbar?

EDIT- i should have it b/c im selling something on ebay i forgot about. its over on wednesday and i SHOULD have enough for these.

this is also true. these are a bit rusty looking. it would be a lot quicker to get here. it IS cheaper... lower it 15 and its deff a deal. right now its a probably if i can get money soon.

I STATED THAT THAT IS SPRAY PAINT NOT RUST. I can chisel it off but i was really lazy to. It is not rust it is orange and green but ,my cam had flash and i didnt know how to turn it off. I can easily chisel that off with no damage at all going to to the steering column.

well the thing on ebay (my phone) was actually never put up. i gotta go through hell and put it back on for a 5 or 3 or w/e day amount of time and hopefully get paid. im going to see if theres any other way to get money a bit quicker since im SOO impatient. and dont worry about the paint.
