how high and wide are your wees? The only crossbar I can get at the moment is chromoly, and it has grips on it and is 13.5 wide

And conor, the steertube is chromoly because those are the old buffs, so isn't everything chromoly besides the stem because I got the new ones.

It doesn't make it bad, your just wrong. The aluminum won't bend considering how thick the tubing is, I much prefer it over the chromoly version.
