a shim. its a sleeve of metal that sits between the bars and the clamp to take up more space.

I broke my camera a long time ago. I'll ask Sam to bring his camera when we go ride together. The bars will be so sick.

I always bring my camera, just sometimes I don't take it out. And next time we ride you have to have the bars AT the skatepark. Not after we ride.
