You may have to cut the steerer tube down for the baby scs

yeah it will, you might have to run one tiny spacer, but I don't think you will, because the district head tube is long.

If they are the aluminum bars, then they are standard on the inside, and oversized on the outside.

Meaning everything should work. Small chance at the need for a spacer.

Just get a magnet if it sticks its chromoly if it doesn't its aluminum it's that simple
