Can someone please confirm for me that Lucky LS forks have never been steel?!

My friend is insisting that his rusty, steel Lucky NW fork is a Lucky LSv2 fork, and the LSv3 was aluminum, while I'm telling him the truth, which is that all LS forks have been aluminum, and NWs have been steel. Can someone please back me up on this?

Ya, sorry it wasn't an Ls. It was called Lucky NW 4130, look in the Fork Super Thread. And it had Aluminum legs and a cromo forktube.

I think you're talking about Norks, but they were all chromoly. There was never a chromo forktube with aluminum legs.

Lucky LS forks (Light & Strong) have always been aluminum. NWs have always been chromoly. Norks were chromoly, but welded instead of machined.

Your friend is an idiot, aluminum doesn't rust. It only corrodes and there's no visual change.
