Yea. Flairs are 180 flips but flatspins are like really off axis 540s while the nosewheel is pointing down mostly.

Damnit, i was thinking of these other night and wanted to try a few sometime, props on almost getting them tho man.
From some angles/clips it looked like a flatspin and from others it looked like a barrel roll air or something...

In like snowboarding terms wouldnt this be a cork 5' or rodeo 5' or misty 5'?

Its like a dipped 5, which is flatspin haha.
Cory/Coedie did them when trying flairs i think.

Dipped 5. Not a flatspin. A flat spin is when your body is completely sideways (parellel to the coping) and you are doing a backflip motion. Your body in a flatspin is FLAT, hence the name. That's more like a dipped as f*ck 540, cause your throwing your shoulder down and making more of a barrel roll motion.

This debate happens in skiing all day, the difference between cork, rodeo, d-spin...it will never end.
